BankLink works with over 100 banks and financial institutions throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, to electronically supply small business clients' transaction data to accounting practices.

Data Sources available through The BankLink Service

Transaction data is available through The BankLink Service for the banks and financial institutions listed below.

Loading Accounts

To load an account onto The BankLink Service, we require a signed Third Party Authority Form. Click here for the Third Party Authority form and instructions on completing it.

Historical Data: For historical data, you must enter the start date when completing the Third Party Authority Form. Historical data can only be delivered on the initial download. Institutions vary in the periods of time they can provide historical data for. To find out how far back your financial institution will go, please refer to the transaction page on your internet banking account.

How does The BankLink Service work?

Transaction data is transferred from the bank or financial institution to BankLink. BankLink then makes it available for download by the accountant, who imports it directly into their BankLink Practice software.

We provide tools to assist both accounting practices and their clients in streamlining their accounting process.
