BankLink Books

BankLink Books suits clients who have a reasonable knowledge of both computers and accounting or wish to manage their own day to day accounts. Your clients do their own coding and are able to produce their own reports and GST Returns. Anything that a general user in your office can do or see in a client file, BankLink Books users will be able to do or see.

Some BankLink Books clients download their own data, others receive it via their accounting practice - you choose the best fit for both you and your clients.

As a BankLink practice you can install BankLink Books on any computer - there's no need to purchase additional licences.

How does BankLink Books work?

Clients who receive the data through the practice return the file to you once they have completed any necessary coding. This gives you the opportunity to check how things are going and offer assistance when required.
Clients who download their own data send their file to you at agreed intervals.

You can set up the client file to incorporate your logo, staff or general contact details including phone number and email address, and a hyperlink to your practice website.
